A Mortgage Broker is licensed, finger printed, FBI background checked and is held to a high standard by the US government and State authorities. We are educated and will assist you the borrower with discussing and explaining financing program options, explaining the documents associated with the loan process, we inform you, in writing, of lock-in options. We explain all associated costs of the loan application, the disbursement of all loan application fees, walk you through the loan process, from application to closing. We provide you with a good faith estimate of costs and fees. We communicate with you throughout the loan process in a timely manner, and coordinate the closing of your transaction. All of this is available to you the consumer for no extra charge!! YOU DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR A BROKER.
